In honor of International Women’s Day, we would like to shine the spotlight on our own Angela Stewart DeLorme. With nearly 40 years of experience as an attorney, Angela has been an inspiration of strength and leadership for women in our community.  Did you know that in 1984, Angela became the first female attorney in Fannin County, Georgia?

Angela is deeply engaged in our community, lending her expertise to numerous nonprofit organizations. Her contributions to the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce are numerous, having served on its Board of Directors for multiple terms and playing a pivotal role in shaping its policies and procedures. Angela’s leadership was recognized in 2017 when she was named the Chamber’s Member of the Year.

As a founding member of the Board of Trustees of Fannin County Scholarship Foundation, Inc., and a former member of the Fannin County Board of Education, Angela has been a longtime supporter of education and scholarship opportunities for local students.

We take immense pride in Angela’s unwavering dedication to our community and her role as a mentor and role model for aspiring women leaders. On this International Women’s Day, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to Angela and to all the remarkable women who contribute to our success here at Angela Stewart DeLorme, P.C., Attorneys at Law.
